It clips directly into compatible Hogies EyeGuard frames, giving you accurate, stable prescription vision inside professional-grade safety and sports eyewear.

The RX Insert clips into the designated position behind the main lens of compatible Hogies EyeGuard frames. Bottom edge clips in first, then the top snaps into place. Removal reverses the process. No tools required.

The insert is supplied with pre-fitted reference lenses. These allow any optical dispenser to take accurate measurements for correct centration and lens fitting without needing specialist equipment.

Getting your prescription lenses fitted

Two options are available.

Hogies RX lens fitting service: send a copy of your prescription to sales@hogies.com for a free quotation. Pricing varies depending on prescription and lens design.

Your own eyecare professional: take the RX insert to your preferred optometrist or optical dispenser. The supplied reference lenses provide all the measurements needed for correct fitting.

Why this is not an OTG workaround

Over-the-glasses frames worn over prescription glasses create pressure points, double-frame bulk, and vision that shifts during movement. The Hogies RX Insert is engineered specifically to integrate inside Hogies EyeGuard frames. It is a purpose-built system, not an adaptation. Your protective eyewear works the way it is designed to work, with your prescription correction built in.
