Other than for the purposes of and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia) and similar statutes that apply in your location, you may not, in any form or by any means: adapt, reproduce, broadcast, decompile, disassemble, download, copy, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website; or commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of this website, without Hogies Australia Pty Ltd.’s prior written permission.
 

DELIVERY POLICY

Hogies Australia Pty Ltd will endeavour to ship your goods in the fastest and economical fashion.

  • Express Post service is a 1-2 days service (slightly longer for WA).
  • TNT Overnight service is usually next day (slightly longer for WA).
  • EMS (International express post)  depends on size and location.
  • FedEx International shipping  depends on size and location. 

For International shipments: Hogies Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional Customs or Postal charges that might be levied once the parcel leave Australia.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

At Hogies Australia Pty Ltd, we want you to be confident in your purchase.

You are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund if an item you purchase from us:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Is significantly different from its description on our website
  • Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do

These rights apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


How to request a return

If you believe your item meets one of the above conditions, please contact us at jahogan@netspace.net.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item where applicable

We may need to assess the item before approving a replacement, exchange or refund.


Returning an item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

For faulty or incorrect items, Hogies Australia Pty Ltd will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please return items using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Assessment and outcomes

After assessment, we will:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.


Important notes

  • This policy does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition where a return is approved.

 WARRANTIES AGAINST DEFECTS

 

Under changes to the Australian Consumer Laws in relation to warranties against defects effective January 1st 2012 , Hogies Australia Pty Ltd aims to comply full with all aspects of these changes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranties exist on all Hogies Australia Pty Ltd product range, our safety eyewear range come with a 6 month warranty and our magnification and illumination ranges come with a 24 month warranty. Please refer to the returns section above for directions to return goods under the warranty against defect provisions.

Hogies Australia Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information.    

  • Hogies Australia Pty Ltd holds ensures all card numbers left on the website are is protected by a secure page.

 We collect and hold the following types of personal information:

The information is held in hard copy and electronic records in data storage systems which permit lawful access only by those company officers and employees who need access to perform their functions. It is destroyed when it is no longer useful or it is unreliable and cannot be corrected.
