This kit is particularly suited to fishing and water sports where glare off reflective surfaces is constant, and where getting the light conditions right is the difference between a good day and a frustrating one. It also suits prescription wearers who have struggled to find sports eyewear that accommodates their RX without bulk or compromise. If standard sports glasses have never quite fit correctly, or if lens changes between conditions have felt slow and imprecise, the SportsView system is built to address both.

Glare management only works if the frame stays where it is set. A frame that slips during movement or sits poorly on the face shifts the lens out of the optimal position and undoes the optical benefit.

The SportsView frame is built around the Hogies adjustable bridge system, which is the primary fit control for the frame. Three bridge options are available to suit different facial profiles:

• Standard bridge for Western facial profiles and nose types
• Asian bridge for lower nasal bridges and higher eyebrow position
• Mediterranean bridge for more prominent nasal features

After purchase, the Hogies team will confirm your bridge option to ensure correct fit and lens positioning before your kit is finalised.

Integrated grip side arms support stability during movement once fit is set through the bridge. A lanyard cord is included as an optional security feature when additional retention is needed during high-activity use.

The lightweight, balanced design is engineered for extended wear without accumulating discomfort across long sessions outdoors.

The rimless prescription insert integrates directly into the SportsView frame, maintaining the balance and optical integrity of the system when prescription lenses are fitted. The insert allows the eyewear to be used with or without prescription lenses. Hogies offers a prescription lens fitting service, and your own optometrist or optical dispenser can also fit lenses to the insert.

Lens care

SportsView lenses are precision optical equipment. Clean using a soft cotton cloth or a dedicated eyeglass cleaning cloth only. Avoid solvents including alcohol and acetone, and avoid aggressive chemical detergents. These can compromise polycarbonate lenses and reduce optical performance. For best results, use Hogies DynamicLens+ cleaning solution.

Prescription lenses

Two options are available. Send your prescription to sales@hogies.com for a free Hogies quotation, or take the rimless insert to your preferred optometrist or optical dispenser. The insert is designed to be fitted by any competent optical dispenser.

After purchase, the Hogies team will contact you to confirm your bridge option and lens selection to ensure the kit is configured correctly for your face and your conditions before dispatch.
